Burntisland Parish Church Halls
Burntisland Parish Church has extensive halls that are widely used by a range of community groups, including
- The Scouts
- The Guides
- Taekwondo
- Higland dancing
- Karate
- Young Islanders (parents and toddlers)
- The Big Green Market - last Friday/Saturday of the month
The halls are also available for hire by other groups, for parties or other events.
Current charges are:
- £20 per hour for each Hall for voluntary groups and non-commercial use (e.g. Private Party)
- £30 per hour for each Hall for commercial use (where a charge is being levied or goods sold)
- +£5 per hour for use of kitchen facilities

You can also use the Hall Calendar to check. You will be asked to complete a copy of the Hall Booking Form to book.
Top Hall
Burntisland Parish Church top hall, or the Ian Motion Hall is a large hall with polished wood floor. The top hall has disabled access, a hatch to the kitchen and is on the same level as the ladies and disabled toilets.
The hall is 9m wide and 16.5m long, with an additional 3m deep stage at one end.
Table and chairs are available for use in the hall. The hall is fitted with overhead projector and a sound system.
Bottom Hall
Burntisland Parish Church bottom hall, or the Memorial Hall is a very large hall with a newly fitted floor (paid for by Burntisland 11th Fife Scouts). It is a great hall to run about in.
The bottom hall has disabled access and is on the same level as the gents' toilets and a disabled toilet.
The hall is marked with two badminton courts and measures
12.5m wide by 20m long with an extra 2.5m stage.
Tables and chairs are available for use in the hall.
Middle Hall (Rooms 2 & 3)
Rooms 2 & 3, or the middle hall (it really only is one room) is a small, carpeted hall measuring 9.3m x 5m.
It is a good-sized room for a meeting of up to 20 people, or for a small party.
This room is in the middle section of Burntisland Parish Church halls and does NOT have disabled access. There are, however, only three steps to negotiate from the door, gents/disabled toilets, or bottom hall - or 6 steps from the top hall, kitchen and ladies/disabled toilets.
